For attribution we ask that you leave a link to this website in the footer of the theme or the themes ReadMe file. Please also leave copyright info in the HTML files.
3. The PDF files and other files are released under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
04/27/2008 - Because of the recent (0.3) change in structure to the themer kit, we've given more freedom to developers and modified our licensing. You can now release a theme with the HTML files simply by leaving attribution in the ReadMe file or footer of the theme.
